Welcome

The Central Coast Council of P&Cs is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to bring together, represent and strengthen our local school communities. Whilst bringing a significant depth of experience, all of our committee are volunteers.

We proudly advocate on behalf of Central Coast P&Cs to local Members of Parliament, the NSW and Federal Ministers for Education and Early Childhood, and the NSW Department of Education. At the same time, we work to foster strong, collaborative relationships between school P&Cs, the Department and District Councils—because we know that when we work together, our students benefit most. Our Council also maintains a close connection with the NSW P&C Federation, contributing where appropriate and ensuring our region’s voice is heard at a broader level.

We are passionate supporters of public education and actively contribute to parliamentary inquiries to help shape its future.Beyond advocacy, our members play a hands-on role in supporting schools. We provide guidance and advice to P&Cs across the region and contribute as valued participants on merit selection panels.

Above all, we are here to support, connect and champion the families and communities that make public education on the Central Coast so strong.
